My word from God for this year is pathways – pathways to healing, provision, and relationships. Words and stories through others encourage me to walk in faith that the word for this year will be fulfilled.
In the spring, a trusted group heard from the Lord through a wise woman. The wisdom for me included the confirmation that a new season in my life is about to be birthed. She called me out to move from old ways to new ones, even though I do not know what the new looks like. The pathway to healing for me looks like nothing like I had envisioned previously. The revelation that I am genetically predispositioned to react negatively to some foods considered healthy changed my diet dramatically. I feel better, look better, and am consistently able to again participate in life activities.
More recently, a friend reported that she has moved into a new job – one her life experience has prepared her to succeed at an elevated level. She is so excited because the organization’s culture and climate is healthy for her spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Her testimony of God’s faithfulness to provide encourages my faith in His ability to set my pathway for provision and relationships.
So, our God’s faithfulness to make sure His word is accomplished in our lives continues for me and for anyone who chooses to accept the sacrifice of Jesus Christ to give them eternal life.
Psalm 32:8 The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.”
