I anticipate God’s favor and goodness. The delay in my second cataract surgery also put my job search on hold (you can’t work if you can’t see). Now I am restarting my search for a new income stream, and have found that my online profile for my career counseling agency is not available to me at the moment.
This season of rest is good for me. God identified another area of needed emotional healing just this week and I believe His faithfulness to heal my soul will be manifested. My physical healing is ongoing; my second eye still has some issues that I believe will soon be resolved, and my labs show other healing is happening in my body. The chronic disease I’ve been told I have will be healed.
I prayed with my prayer partner for fruit of God’s goodness and plan for us both. Doors still seem shut but we’ve asked that they be cracked and that His promises will begin to be manifested. There are deadlines looming for both of us and despite knowing that God is never late, we believe that the time of fulfillment is nearing. We will see the goodness of God in the land of the living and our hope is in Him and his faithfulness.
I find encouragement in teaching from my pastor, an online mentor, and others. Testimonies of His answers to prayer help me along this path of faith I trod.
